From the very beginning of my school life, I used to hear from my teachers that without proper education, democracy can never succeed and society can never truly develop. In the middle phase of my life, I was deeply inspired by my mother-in-law, Mrs. Bhakta Bala Biswas, who often helped needy students by providing books and educational materials. Inspired by her noble vision, I made my best efforts to establish a Teachers’ Training College to create efficient and ideal teachers for the betterment of society. She generously donated this land, and with the collective efforts of the people of this locality, her dream became a reality in the year 2009. On this occasion, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the WB State Council of Higher Education, ERC NCTE, University of Kalyani, members of the Governing Body, academic faculty, administrative staff, and all well-wishers. I firmly believe their continued support will help maintain and enhance the institution’s reputation in the future.
