Keeping in view the aims and aspirations of Bhakta Bala B.Ed. College, the following rules have been framed to maintain discipline, values, and professionalism among trainees.

| 5 | No refund of fees after admission withdrawal. |
| 6 | Failure to submit documents will cancel admission without refund. |
| 7 | Employed candidates must submit No Objection Certificate with leave proof. |
| 8 | Facilities can be used only during course duration. |
| 9 | College is not responsible for lost belongings. |
| 10 | Use of intoxicants, smoking, gutka etc. strictly prohibited. |
| 11 | Minimum 75% attendance is required. |
| 12 | Medical certificate required for more than 3 days absence. |
| 13 | College property must be handled carefully. |
| 14 | Follow entry, exit and parking rules. |
| 15 | Ragging is strictly prohibited. |
| 16 | Proper uniform is mandatory. |
| 17 | Male students must maintain proper grooming and discipline. |
| 18 | Female students must maintain proper grooming and discipline. |
| 19 | Identity card is compulsory during class hours. |
| 20 | Rules apply to all students equally. |
| 21 | College can modify rules anytime if needed. |
| 22 | Authority’s decision will be final. |
| 23 | All legal matters fall under Kolkata Court jurisdiction. |
