From the Vedic age to today, education has a great role to develop our society. The people of ancient age seemed that the highest aim of education is salvation but in the modern age the concept of education is changed and now it is not only salvation but make our life in a harmonious development with self-reliance. Our college named by Bhakta Bala B.Ed. College established in the year 2009 in the name of my departed mother Bhakta Bala Biswas. She was a kind hearted

 women who use to help the local students to purchase their books and educational kits and also encouraged them to read to established in life. From my early childhood, I was fully influenced by her efforts and eagerness to education. I used to listen her to say, more schools and colleges to be established to overall development of our society. Mostly the inspiration of my mother haunt me to established a college, she donated me this land of 100 decimal to established this college but unfortunately it was not possible to do during her life time. Then after a long endeavors it is came into reality in the 2009. I hope the people from each and every corner of the society will be co-operate to spread its reputation.

            I am really grateful to the Teaching and Non-Teaching Staffs, the Members of the Governing Body and well wishers of the college, without their heartiest assistance it was impossible to me to continue this tremendous job. All the staffs and members are really hard worker, responsible and honest. I hope they will be helpful and co-operative in future as they were before. In this space, I would like to thank to the Authority of the University of Kalyani, State Council of Higher education and ERC NCTE. I really believe that without collective efforts it is impossible to establish and run a B.Ed. College, where the teachers of our future society will be trained who are the architect of our civilized society.
